Xpress Wellness has added behavioral health services to our traditionally urgent care service model to meet a growing need for quality mental health services. We have also expanded into primary care, post-acute care and behavioral health services in long term care facilities.

Job Details:

• Provide behavioral health care services in nursing facilities, telehealth across the state, and certain rural clinics.
• Collaborate with dedicated teams in Xpress Wellness long term care facility services and urgent care.
• Focus on direct patient care with administrative support.

Requirements

• Current license in Clinical Social Work, Professional Counselor, or Marriage and Family Therapist in Oklahoma.
• Basic Life Support (training provided).
• Interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism.
• Demonstrated competency in provision of functional assessments, brief solution-focused therapy, diagnosing mental conditions, motivational interviewing and other relevant skill sets related to mental health care.
• Capable of working independently and collaborate with others.
• Basic computer and telecommunication technology skills.
