Licensed Mental Health Therapist (LCSW-C, LMFT, LCPC)

Position: Full-Time
Salary: $115,000 – $120,000 per year
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Location: Maryland

Summary:
We are looking for a licensed mental health therapist to provide virtual therapy services to adult clients throughout Maryland. The role involves assessments, care planning, and ongoing psychotherapy within a structured remote model.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct telehealth therapy sessions
• Perform clinical assessments
• Create and update treatment plans
• Maintain complete documentation
• Follow Maryland clinical guidelines

Requirements

• Active Maryland LCSW-C, LMFT or LCPC license
• Master’s degree in a behavioral health field
• Minimum 2 years post-licensure experience
