We handle the operational side of things, so you can focus on providing impactful therapy without the burden of case management or administrative tasks.

Position: Full-Time
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9 AM – 5 PM

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Leveraging assessment tools to monitor client progress and refine treatment strategies as needed.
  • Maintaining accurate, timely clinical documentation using our streamlined therapist portal.
  • Collaborating with clinical leaders for insights and guidance when needed.

Compensation: $110,000 to $130,000 annually, plus benefits

Requirements

Qualifications:

  • Master’s or Doctorate degree in Counseling, Social Work, or Marriage and Family Therapy from an accredited institution.
  • Independent licensure (LCSW, LMFT, LPCC) in California.
  • A minimum of two year’s experience practicing independently as a licensed therapist.
  • Recent experience in delivering evidence-based therapies for anxiety, depression, and related concerns.
  • Comfort with and enthusiasm for incorporating digital tools into clinical practice.
  • A commitment to delivering culturally responsive care to diverse communities.
