California-Based Licensed Mental Health Therapist – Full-Time

Hours: Monday-Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM

Responsibilities:

• Offer referrals and connect clients to needed resources.
• Use evidence-based practices to support client outcomes.
• Fulfill mandated reporting obligations ethically and professionally.
• Collaborate with colleagues to nurture an adaptable and positive workplace.
• Conduct comprehensive assessments and design tailored treatment plans.
• Maintain accurate and timely client records.

Salary Range: $110,000 - $130,000 per year, plus benefits.

Requirements

Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, or a related field.
• Active California LCSW, LPCC, or LMFT license.
• At least three years of outpatient experience.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency with technology, including EHR systems.
