Licensed Mental Health Therapist

Location: Pahrump, NV
Position: Full-Time
Salary: $115,000 – $120,000 per year
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Job Summary
Provide structured outpatient therapy to Nevada residents via secure telehealth platforms. You’ll manage a steady caseload, handle assessments, and implement treatment plans within a supportive virtual environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct intake assessments and diagnostic evaluations online
• Provide individual teletherapy sessions on a regular schedule
• Develop and revise treatment plans based on client response
• Maintain comprehensive, timely documentation in the EMR
• Attend virtual clinical meetings and trainings

Requirements

• Active Nevada license as LCPC, LCSW, or LMFT
• Master’s degree in a mental health–related field
• Experience working in outpatient or telehealth settings preferred
• Comfortable using technology for care delivery and record-keeping
