Licensed Mental Health Therapist (LMFT, LCPC, LCSW)

Position: Full-Time
Salary: $115,000–$120,000 per year
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM
Location: Illinois

Position Overview

This role provides direct mental health treatment to adults through scheduled virtual sessions. You’ll focus on assessment, therapy, and progress tracking while working within a clear clinical structure that supports quality care and consistent outcomes.

What You’ll Do

• Deliver individual therapy sessions via telehealth
• Assess client needs and adjust treatment plans accordingly
• Complete clinical notes and required documentation
• Follow Illinois licensing and telehealth guidelines
• Collaborate with clinical leadership when needed

Requirements

• Active Illinois mental health license (LMFT, LCPC, or LCSW)
• Master’s degree in a mental health discipline
• Experience providing outpatient therapy services
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Secure, private environment for remote clinical work
