Licensed Mental Health Therapist (LMFT, LCSW, LPCC)

Location: Oil Center, NM
Position: Full-Time
Salary: $115,000 – $120,000 per year
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Job Summary
Provide therapy by video to clients throughout New Mexico. You’ll complete assessments, guide treatment over time, and maintain clear documentation in a remote clinical team setting.

Responsibilities

• Provide scheduled telehealth therapy sessions
• Conduct assessments and diagnostic documentation
• Develop treatment plans with clear, shared goals
• Maintain timely notes and EMR records
• Participate in consults and team meetings
• Support clinical review work when assigned (case feedback, documentation checks)

Requirements

• Active New Mexico license: LCSW, LPCC, or LMFT
• Master’s degree in counseling, social work, or related field
• Therapy experience preferred
• Comfort with technology and remote workflows
