Join Our Team as a Mental Health Therapist in Georgia

We are looking for a dedicated Mental Health Therapist (LPC, LCSW, LMFT) who is excited to help clients through their mental health journey. This full-time position involves delivering individualized therapy and working collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team. Ideal candidates will have strong client-focused therapy skills and experience in behavior therapy.

Job Type: Full-Time

Work Schedule: Monday-Friday, 9 AM - 5 PM

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform in-depth client assessments and design custom therapy plans.
  • Conduct therapy using diverse techniques suited to individual needs.
  • Implement behavior management strategies to support client growth.
  • Keep accurate and up-to-date client records.
  • Stay engaged in professional development to enhance service delivery.

Salary Range: $90,000 - $110,000 annually, with a comprehensive benefits package.

Requirements

Required Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in a relevant field (Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, etc.).
  • State licensure (LPC, LCSW, LMFT) required.
  • At least two years of clinical experience.
  • Ability to foster strong therapeutic relationships with clients.
  • Experience with electronic health record systems is an advantage.
