Responsibilities

As a Physical Therapist, you'll be instrumental in aiding patients to regain their independence through evidence-based practices and collaborative care. Your key responsibilities include:

Patient Evaluation & Treatment:

  • Assess patient conditions and develop personalized treatment plans.
  • Implement therapeutic interventions to support recovery.

Collaboration & Communication:

  • Work closely with nursing staff, other therapists, and patients' families to ensure comprehensive therapy programs are followed through.

Documentation & Compliance:

  • Maintain accurate patient records in accordance with regulatory, licensing, and company standards.

Program Development:

  • Instruct patients' families or nursing staff on continuation programs to optimize recovery outcomes.

Safety & Maintenance:

  • Ensure a safe, clean, and organized work environment.

Additional Duties:

  • Perform other related tasks as directed, adhering to the company's Code of Business Conduct and applicable legal standards.

Qualifications

Required:

  • Degree from an accredited Physical Therapy program
  • Current and unrestricted Physical Therapy license in Kansas
  • Current CPR certification

Preferred:

  • Experience in an inpatient rehab setting

Compensation

  • Salary Range: $75,000 - $90,000 (USD)
  • Signing Bonus: Not applicable
  • Relocation Package: Not offered
