Our hospital med/surg LPNs are trusted, essential members of the care team—and play a vital role in delivering compassionate, consistent, and high-quality care every day. As an LPN with UVM Health Network – Porter Medical Center, you will help create a supportive, comforting environment for our patients, residents, and their families in an inpatient setting 🌿.

In this hands-on role, you will provide direct patient care under the supervision of a provider or RN. We are a high-acute, high-critical care hospital, but have a small but welcoming, small-town feel. We call ourselves a "small but mighty" hospital. You’ll care for individuals in a variety of health states, offering skilled technical nursing services, supportive communication, and reliable follow-through. You will also perform key clinical and administrative tasks that keep our units and practices running smoothly. Your commitment helps us deliver exceptional care and uphold the highest standards of safety and quality ⭐.
