Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)- Transition Team Apply

We have immediate opportunities on our Transition Team for LPNs interested in helping infants and children receive complex care at home in Burlington County, NJ. This position does require pediatric trach and vent experience (including clients from infant to 21 years old). As part of the Transition Team, you will will be responsible for delivering quality care to clients and providing extensive training to the ongoing care team.
Qualifications for Transition Licensed Practical Nurses:
- Have a current license as a Licensed Practical Nurse
- NICU, PICU, or home care trach/vent experience required
- Achieve a passing score on high-tech Pediatric simulations.
- Hold current CPR certification
- Ability to work in a teaching setting to prepare and educate the ongoing BAYADA care team
- Availability to commit to an ongoing, consistent schedule (including a commitment of 1 shift per week is acceptable)
- Ability to travel throughout Burlington County
