Casey Rehab & Nursing is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our care team in a skilled nursing environment. We are hiring for full-time, part-time, and PRN positions.

The LPN supports day-to-day clinical care and works closely with the broader nursing team to ensure residents receive appropriate and timely services. This role is well-suited for someone who values a structured environment and clear communication across the care team.

• Provide direct nursing care and support to residents
• Administer medications and treatments as ordered
• Observe and report changes in resident condition
• Document care activities accurately and timely
• Collaborate with RNs, providers, and interdisciplinary staff

• Active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license
• At least 1 year of nursing experience preferred
• Strong attention to detail and communication skills
• Team-oriented mindset with a focus on resident care

$32.00 - $39.42 per hour

Pay is based on experience and selected benefit options.
Team members who elect reduced benefits may be eligible for increased hourly rates.
