Your Responsibilities Include:

• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
• Monitor and document patients' vital signs, health status, and changes.
• Assist patients with daily living activities and support their emotional and physical needs.
• Assist in the development and implementation of individualized care plans.
• Provide education and support to patients and their families regarding healthcare needs.

Requirements

Qualifications:

• Valid New York State LPN license.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a clinical setting, preferably in long-term care.
• Strong clinical skills and the ability to perform assessments.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification is required.
