Curriculum must include pharmacology and medication administration. (Certificate must be obtained within six months of hire).   Certifications accepted: CMA – American Association of Medical Assistants (AAMA) CCMA – National Health career Association (NHA) RMA – American Medical Technologists (AMT) RMA – American Registry of Medical Assistants (ARMA) RMA - National Center for Competency Testing (NCCT) RMA - National Association for Health Professionals (NAHP)  Experience:  Previous work in a medical setting preferred.  Licensure/certification/registration: CMA, CCMA, RMA. Annual UAP agreement with provider required.  Additional skills required: Ability to successfully complete generic and department specific skills validation and competency testing.   LPN:  Education:High school diploma required. Experience:One year of relevant experience preferred. Licensure/certification/registration:Appropriate state LPN license required.
