Weekend Shift Doubles
Experience with individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities is preferred but not required.
LPN Job Responsibilities:
- Plans and manages patient care according to each patient's needs.
- Compassionate and caring to all clients.
- Obtains patient vital signs, including pulse, blood pressure, temperature, and respiration.
- Provides routine care for patients.
- Observes patients' health.
- Reviews medical charts.
- Accompanies patients to their rooms.
- Assists Director of Nursing.
- Communicates with patients and their families.
- Administers medications.
- Provides wound care.
- Prepares and administers injections and/or enemas.
- Assists with patient comfort.
- Monitors catheters.
- Other duties as required.

Education and Experience Requirements:
- Completion of state approved training program (generally in the form of a diploma, certificate, or associate degree)
- LPN license (pass NCLEX-PN exam)
- BLS certification
- 1-2 years recent nursing experience
