About the facility The skilled nursing facilityis a82-bed facility located in Ash Grove, MO that includes a memory care unit for individuals with Alzheimer's disease and dementia. A typical dayincludes assigning care duties to nursing personnel consistent with their training and experience. The LPN is responsible for safe medication administration, conducting resident assessments, monitoring changes in Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) and administering treatments and procedures per physician order. Develop relationships with our residents Facilitateresident admissions and discharges Assist in the development of the resident's Plan of Care Job Requirements Experience: LTC experience preferred Skills: Patient care License: LPN, LVN Physical: The ability to stand for long periods of time The position is Full-time, days.
