RESPONSIBILITIES & SCOPE Provide nursing oversight for non‑licensed staff in residential and community settings, including physical assessment, monitoring and dispensing of medications, nursing care, provision of special care procedures, first aid, health monitoring, etc., for identified consumers. Help train, oversee, and monitor identified staff in medication administration for DS Consumers. Provide physical assessments to individuals in the Developmental Services program and liaise with other NKHS services to address the needs of residents in various Agency settings. Liaise with other community health service providers. Develop individual service plans with the consumers’ team for those consumers with identified health‑related needs.
