Our homes house 3-8 individuals each providing an opportunity to build relationships with those that you care for and their families.Medical & Medication Oversight - Manage medical care and medications for persons served, including training staff on safe medication practices.Crisis Intervention - Respond to emergencies and de-escalate crises with persons served.Staff Training - Train staff on health/safety rules and document incidents as required.Compliance - Keep programs up to date with medical and medication laws, including paperwork and inspections.What You BringRequired: Active LPN license in MA, driver's license, and reliable car.Preferred: Active RN license in MA, driver's license, and reliable car.ExperienceSupporting mental health needs (personal or professional).SkillsClear communication, basic computer use, and teamwork.LanguageMust be fluent in English, Multilingual a bonus!We ValueYour unique background not just your resume.Growth mindsets (we'll invest in your training!).
