Job Description
Community Care Pediatrics Saratoga is looking for an LPN to join their team! This is a full-time position; 36-40 hours per week. The hours are Monday-Friday 8am-5pm with a half day once per week. Occasional rotating Saturday morning required.
\n**This position is eligible for up to a $3,500 recruitment and retention bonus!!**
\nResponsibilities:
\n- \n
- Administer and record vaccines. \n
- Document verbal conversations with patients when appropriate. \n
- Document information into patient record in an accurate, legible and timely manner. \n
- Maintain timely patient flow. \n
- Prepare patient for visit as appropriate, based on office/provider requirements. \n
- Obtain specimens (i.e., urine, blood, etc.) from patients as directed by the provider. \n
- Accurate and timely order entry into the lab system. \n
- Perform clinical office procedures as directed by the provider (i.e. PFT, EKG, nebulizer, medication administration and immunizations) \n
- Process patient prescriptions. \n
- Discuss test results with patients per provider's instructions. \n

\nCompensation: $26.00 - $33.00 per hour
