Responsibilities Provide compassionate direct patient care and support to residents Supervise Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) and coordinate tasks Administer, monitor, and manage medications as appropriate Document care and maintain accurate records in accordance with regulations Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to ensure high-quality care Ensure patient safety and uphold quality of care standards Qualifications Must have graduated from an accredited nursing program Must have an active LPN license in the state of Virginia Experience in long-term care preferred Ability to communicate effectively with a variety of individuals Knowledge of nursing practices and procedures Knowledge of laws, regulations, and guidelines governing nursing in a long-term care facility Ability to make independent decisions #J-18808-Ljbffr
