Responsibilities
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by licensed medical professionals.
- Monitor and document patients' health concerns and responses to treatment.
- Assist in the development and implementation of individualized patient care plans.

- Conduct health assessments and screenings for employees as needed.

Requirements
- Valid and active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license.
- Experience in a healthcare or clinical setting, preferably with employee health.
- Strong understanding of medical terminology and pharmacology.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification preferred.
