Responsibilities:

  • Administer medications and treatments as directed by RNs and physicians.

  • Monitor patients' health and report any changes to the healthcare team.

  • Assist with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, and eating.

  • Collect specimens for lab tests and perform basic diagnostic procedures.

  • Maintain accurate patient records and ensure proper documentation.

  • Provide emotional support to patients and their families.
