JOB DESCRIPTION :
JOB : LPN - LICENSED PRACTICAL NURSE
LOCATION :
New Mexico : Bloomfield NM 87413 , Albuquerque NM 87111 & Silvercity NM 88061
FACILITY:
- Genesis West Region
CONTRACT DURATION: 7-13 weeks with Possible extentions
SHIFT INFORMATION:
- 12 hours shift depends on the location days and nights - depends on location
PAY RATES: $30 - $48 per hour (Negotiable)- Depends on Experience and Travelling as well.
KEY RESPOSIBILITIES:
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
- Monitor patient health status and report changes to the RN or healthcare team.
- Provide patient care, including assisting with daily activities and ensuring patient comfort.
- Assist in the development and implementation of patient care plans.
- Maintain accurate patient records, including progress notes and medical histories.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Active LPN license - For State you are going to submit your candidature
- Active BLS or CPR
- Covid Vaccination report card or Any Exemption
- Minimum 1 year of experience as an LPN (preferred)
