Integrated Services for Behavioral Health (ISBH) is a community-minded, forward-thinking behavioral health organization helping people along the road to health and well-being. We meet people in their homes and communities and help connect them to the resources they need. We serve Southeastern and Central Ohio with a comprehensive array of behavioral health and other services working with local partners to promote healthy people and strong communities. All of our services are intended to be collaborative and personalized for the individual.

We are seeking a full-time Youth Residential Licensed Practical Nurse. Licensure as an LPN is required.

The salary range for this position is $47,604.13 to $55,766.68. This position is eligible for a sign-on bonus of $3,000!!

Essential Functions:

  • Provides direct care and nursing services to residents as prescribed by individual treatment plans.
  • Assist with Medication Administration, medical records, medical charts, etc.
  • Participates in multi-disciplinary care team meetings as needed.
  • Monitors existing/chronic health conditions of residents.
  • Obtains patient data and vital signs.
  • Complies with all reporting requirements, biohazard program requirements, medical protocols, etc.
  • Attendance at meetings per prior arrangement, and participation as an interdisciplinary team member.
  • Meets billing productivity requirements established.
  • Required to be on-call for emergencies at various times throughout the year.
  • Other duties as assigned by the Practice Manager.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Must be available evenings and weekends.
  • Degree from an accredited LPN program.
  • Must be licensed in Ohio as a Licensed Practical Nurse.
  • Two years experience nursing experience within the medical or behavioral health field.
  • Broad knowledge of community service systems.
  • Willing to participate in and lead collaborative community-building activities.
  • Able to effectively communicate through verbal/written expression.
  • Must be able to use an electronic health record (EHR).
  • Must be able to operate within an Internet-based, automated office environment.
