Key Responsibilities:
Your duties will include, but are not limited to, assessing and documenting resident progress, adjusting care plans as necessary, and obtaining and implementing changes in physician's orders based on the resident's progress. Your ability to communicate effectively with the nursing team about resident conditions and needs is crucial. Administering medications and treatments with precision, following physician orders and facility protocols, is a key part of this role.
Requirements:
A current Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in New York and a minimum of one (1) year experience in Skilled Nursing are preferred. We are looking for candidates with exceptional technical, assessment, and documentation skills who thrive in a fast-paced environment. LPN license required positions demand independent decision-making skills with minimal supervision.
