Job Title: Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)
Location: Pottstown, PA, 19464
Payrate: $30hourly
Duration: 8 Weeks Contract
Guarantee Hours: 30

Key Responsibilities:

• Patient Care: Administer medications, monitor patient conditions, perform wound care, and assist with daily living activities.
• Clinical Documentation: Maintain accurate records of patient care, including medication administration, vital signs, and other pertinent health information.
• Patient Education: Provide education to patients and their families on health conditions, treatment plans, and lifestyle changes to support recovery and wellness.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with RNs, physicians, and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans.
• Adaptability: Quickly adapt to different healthcare settings and effectively follow the protocols and procedures unique to each facility.
• Compliance: Ensure that all nursing activities are in compliance with Pennsylvania's Nurse Practice Act, facility policies, and professional standards.
• Emergency Response: Act promptly and efficiently in emergency situations, using clinical judgment to provide immediate care.
