Role Description This is a part-time weekend overnight opening for an on-site Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) role located in North Port, FL. As an LPN with Interim HealthCare, you will provide patient-centered care, including monitoring patient health, administering medications, assisting with daily living activities, and supporting care plans. Additional responsibilities include communicating with interdisciplinary healthcare teams, educating patients and their families, and maintaining accurate medical records.
