JOB DESCRIPTION:

Position: Licensed Practical Nurse Per Diem
Location: 350 S 8th, Lebanon, OR 97355

Pay Range: $42 per hour
Shift: Flexible (AM/PM/NOC)
Shift Hours: (Eg. 8hrs, 12Hrs)

Responsibilities:

  • Monitor patients throughout their treatment.
  • Perform routine checks of patients' vital signs.
  • Ensure that patients take their medication.
  • Assist doctors and registered nurses.
  • Liaise with patients' families.

    • Requirements:

    • Active LPN license.
    • Ability to work flexible hours.
    • COVID Vaccination/ Valid CPR/ Health Documents/ License/ Physical
    • Updated resume
