We’re looking for compassionate LPNs to join our team and make a real difference in residents’ lives. Key Responsibilities: Provide nursing care in accordance with physician orders, agency policies, and the South Dakota Nurse Practice Act. Administer medications, immunizations, and lab tests; maintain accurate clinical documentation. Monitor resident health, report concerns, and coordinate medical, dental, and specialty appointments. Communicate professionally with guardians, staff, and medical providers. Attend team meetings and participate in nursing education groups. Maintain confidentiality and professional boundaries. Qualifications: Graduate of an accredited Practical Nursing program. Current LPN license in good standing in South Dakota. CPR/First Aid certification (or ability to obtain). Experience in behavioral health or residential care preferred. Strong documentation, organizational, and communication skills. Flexible schedule, including occasional evenings.
