Our homes house 3-8 individuals each providing an opportunity to build relationships with those that you care for and their families. Medical & Medication Oversight - Manage medical care and medications for persons served, including training staff on safe medication practices. Crisis Intervention - Respond to emergencies and de-escalate crises with persons served. Staff Training - Train staff on health/safety rules and document incidents as required. Compliance - Keep programs up to date with medical and medication laws, including paperwork and inspections. What You Bring Required: Active LPN license in MA, driver’s license, and reliable car. Preferred: Active RN license in MA, driver's license, and reliable car. Experience: Supporting mental health needs (personal or professional).
