Job Title: LPN Supervisor
Facility: Elaine Center at Hadley

Contract: 9 weeks
Shift: 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM
Pay Rate: $44/hr on W2

Oversee and coordinate nursing care for patients in a long-term care facility. Supervise nursing staff, ensure compliance with care standards, and assist in patient assessments. Provide direct patient care as needed, administer medications, and document patient progress. Maintain a safe and supportive environment for residents while collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to enhance patient outcomes.

• Supervise and support LPNs and CNAs in daily nursing operations.
• Monitor patient conditions and coordinate care with healthcare teams.
• Ensure compliance with facility policies and state regulations.
• Document patient assessments, care plans, and progress notes accurately.
• Address patient and family concerns professionally and empathetically.
• Train and mentor staff to uphold quality care standards.

• Active LPN license in Massachusetts.
• Minimum 1 year of supervisory experience.
• BLS (Basic Life Support) certification.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Experience in long-term care or skilled nursing facilities preferred.
