Assist with or perform examinations and procedures; document all interventions in EMR. Maintain working knowledge of current clinical issues and treatment modalities. Adhere to facility policies and procedures related to medication administration. Report unusual patient occurrences (reactions, behaviors, refusals) to the Registered Nurse. Perform support activities: ensuring drug room security; stocking and maintaining medications and pharmaceutical equipment; replacing facility medications and returning outdated medications to the pharmacy; maintaining accurate log books.
