Duration: 3 Month contract to start, potential for extension and/or conversion to FTE

Rate: $35.00/Hr

Travel LPN

Must have active LPN License in State of LA

On Call/Weekend Requirement: NO

Coverage Areas:

Shift schedule (days, start & end times): 8-430PM

Will Milage be reimbursed between visits, from first patient to last patient (Y/N)? Y

Responsibilities: Patient Care

Qualifications/experience:

Wound Care, Good Assessment Skills, Documentation,

Experience in HCHB and Home Health

Dress Code: Scrubs

Work hours: 8-4:30pm CST

Min Education: Associate’s Degree
