Full time Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC)

We are looking for a committed Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor to become part of our accredited practice. Salary Range: $110,000 to $130,000

Schedule: Monday - Friday 9 AM - 5 PM

Responsibilities:

  • Offers counseling and crisis intervention services to patients, focusing on the assessment and treatment of emotional and behavioral challenges.
  • Engages with family and support networks to coordinate client treatment and discharge planning.
  • Updates physicians on patient progress, needs, concerns, and both potential and actual problems.
  • Open-minded and willing to learn from professionals in other fields, enhancing a holistic approach to client care.
  • Works in partnership with the healthcare team to create treatment plans and discharge plans informed by psychosocial assessments and established social work practices.

Requirements

  • Master’s degree in Professional Counseling from an accredited program.
  • Active California state licensure as LPCC.
  • At least 2 - 3 years of experience in outpatient setting.
  • You are well-grounded in and knowledgeable in a variety of empirically supported psychotherapy treatment approaches including, but not limited to, cognitive and behavioral, postmodern/post-structural, social-constructionism, and narrative therapy.
  • You have a commitment to providing exceptional client care and using client feedback to improve care.
  • You are open minded desire to learn from other professional disciplines and knowledge bases as well as local knowledge of colleagues and families we serve.
