Responsibilities:
- Conduct telehealth intake assessments and develop appropriate treatment plans for clients.
- Provide individual, family, and group therapy using evidence-based practices and interventions.
- Collaborate with other mental health professionals, including psychologists, social workers, and psychiatrists, to ensure comprehensive care for clients.
- Document progress notes, treatment plans, and other relevant client information in accordance with organizational policies and HIPAA regulations.
- Participate in clinical supervision, training, and professional development opportunities.
- Maintain knowledge of best practices, emerging research, and trends in the mental health field.
- Adhere to ethical guidelines and maintain confidentiality in accordance with legal requirements and organizational policies.
Requirements
Requirements:
- Master's or Doctorate degree in Counseling, or a related field
- Must hold a valid and active license as a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC)
- Experience practicing independently without supervision
- Exceptional interpersonal skills and a compassionate nature
- Strong computer literacy skills
