Full-time Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC)

We are looking for a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) to provide essential mental health services to individuals and families. In this role, you will help clients navigate their mental health challenges and achieve their personal aspirations. You will be responsible for assessing, diagnosing, and treating a variety of emotional and psychological issues while fostering overall well-being. A compassionate approach and strong relationship-building skills are critical for success in this position.

Salary: $110,000-$130,000 per year plus full benefits

Responsibilities:

  • Performs a variety of patient care and therapeutic activities
  • Formulates programs/groups for treatment and rehabilitation of psychiatric patients.
  • Monitors outcomes as a member of the team
  • Participates in continuity of care and/or discharge planning. Facilitates advance care planning.
  • Develop individual treatment plans based on psychiatric diagnosis, identified problems, and treatment needs for each case.
  • Documents patient care activity in institutional electronic healthcare record in accordance with departmental documentation policy.

Requirements

Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in Professional Counseling from an accredited institution
  • Active California state license as a LPCC.
  • Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience to the table, with a focus on providing psychotherapy services
  • Show off your knowledge of solution-based psychotherapy interventions and techniques.
  • Top-notch communication and interpersonal skills
  • We're talking strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills here.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
