Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor

Position: Full-Time
Salary: $115,000 – $120,000 per year
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Location: Kentucky

Role Summary

As a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor, you will deliver structured counseling services to clients seeking consistent support. This role emphasizes direct care, thoughtful treatment planning, and measurable progress through virtual sessions.

Responsibilities

• Conduct telehealth counseling sessions with assigned clients
• Develop and update treatment plans
• Document sessions according to clinical guidelines
• Monitor outcomes and adjust therapeutic approaches
• Maintain compliance with Kentucky counseling regulations
• Use evidence-informed practices in daily care

Requirements

• Active Kentucky LPCC license
• Master’s degree in Counseling or related field
• Minimum 2 years of clinical counseling experience
• Ability to work independently in a remote role
• Proficient with telehealth systems
