Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC)

Position: Full-Time
Salary: $115,000 – $120,000 per year
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Role Summary

This position centers on providing structured therapeutic support to clients seeking consistent mental health care. You will manage an assigned caseload, deliver therapy remotely, and contribute to steady, outcomes-focused treatment delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide telehealth counseling sessions to assigned clients
• Conduct intake assessments and clinical screenings
• Establish and revise treatment goals over time
• Maintain compliance with California documentation standards
• Coordinate care with internal clinical staff
• Monitor client engagement and treatment effectiveness

Requirements

• Active California LPCC license
• Master’s degree in Counseling or a related discipline
• 2+ years of post-licensure counseling experience
• Experience working with diverse adult populations
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
