We are seeking a full-time Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor to join our team, dedicated to offering high-quality mental health services and work together to find every path possible for our patients to reach their maximum independence and quality of life. Salary: $90,000-$110,000 per year with full benefits

Responsibilities:

  • Provides counseling and guidance to patients and family members as a part of total patient care.
  • Tests and evaluates patients.
  • Implements the specific counseling activities and/or interventions that will lead to accomplishing the plan goals.
  • Collaborate with other clinicians and participate in case consultations as needed.
  • Uphold confidentiality and ethical standards in all aspects of clinical practice.
  • Performs reporting procedures.
  • Attends meetings and conferences to keep current on ideas and techniques in the field of counseling.

Requirements

Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree or Doctorate degree in Professional Counselor from an accredited program.
  • Active North Dakota state license as LPCC.
  • Minimum 2 years of proven experience in providing clinical services
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to establish rapport with clients and their families
  • Ability to record, proofread and check documents and files for accuracy, to prepare and analyze data and figures, transcribe, read
