Looking for a Full-time Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC)

Gotham Enterprises Ltd is seeking mental health counselor who embodies a client centered empathetic approach that is coupled with the ability to challenge as well as facilitate and process. Having the ability to honor all identities and a commitment to being an advocate and agent of change is an important part of the work we do. 

Salary: $90k-$110k per year, plus full benefits

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain confidentiality of mental health services offered.
  • Provide individual, family, and group clinical counseling services to identify and manage personal, psychological and interactive problems associated with occupation and personal adjustment.
  • Participate in psychological emergency, crisis intervention and trauma response.
  • Coordinate services with case managers, families, work personnel, medical personnel, other Ellie staff, and school staff as needed to ensure comprehensive and integrated care for clients.
  • Administer evaluations and assessments.
  • Document patient progress and maintain accurate medical records.
  • Evaluate treatment effectiveness and make adjustments to patient's treatment plans as appropriate.

Requirements

Job Skills & Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Professional Counseling from an accredited program.
  • Active state licensure as LPCC.
  • You have 2 year or more of experience working with children or families with developmental differences.
  • You are well-grounded in and knowledgeable in a variety of empirically supported psychotherapy treatment approaches including, but not limited to, cognitive and behavioral, postmodern/post-structural, social-constructionism, and narrative therapy.
  • You have a commitment to providing exceptional client care and using client feedback to improve care.
  • You are open minded desire to learn from other professional disciplines and knowledge bases as well as local knowledge of colleagues and families we serve.
