Join Us as a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC)

Location: California State Only!

Salary Range: $120,000 to $130,000

What we are looking for:

We are seeking for a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor to join our team in California state providing therapy services to clients. As a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor, you will conduct individual therapy sessions, assessments, and develop treatment plans while collaborating with our multidisciplinary team.

Employment Type: Full-time

What you’ll do:

  • Provide individual and group therapy sessions to clients
  • Conduct initial assessments and develop treatment plans
  • Collaborate with the Clinical Director and treatment team to ensure coordinated care
  • Maintain accurate and timely client documentation electronically
  • Stay current on best practices and research in therapy techniques and interventions

Requirements

What we need:

  • Master's degree in Counseling or in a related field
  • Active licensure as a Counselor (LPCC) in California.
  • At least 2 years of Experience working with adolescents and adults in a therapeutic setting
  • Strong interpersonal and organizational skills, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively
  • One year or more of experience in a substance abuse treatment setting (preferred)
  • Excellent time management and multitasking skills, with a strong knowledge of HIPAA protocols
  • Strong technical skills, including ability to use computerized documentation systems and software applications
