Salary Range: $120,000 to $130,000
What we are looking for:
We are seeking for a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor to join our team in California state providing therapy services to clients. As a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor, you will conduct individual therapy sessions, assessments, and develop treatment plans while collaborating with our multidisciplinary team.

What you’ll do:
- Provide individual and group therapy sessions to clients
- Conduct initial assessments and develop treatment plans
- Collaborate with the Clinical Director and treatment team to ensure coordinated care
- Maintain accurate and timely client documentation electronically
- Stay current on best practices and research in therapy techniques and interventions
Requirements
What we need:
- Master's degree in Counseling or in a related field
- Active licensure as a Counselor (LPCC) in California.
- At least 2 years of Experience working with adolescents and adults in a therapeutic setting
- Strong interpersonal and organizational skills, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively
- One year or more of experience in a substance abuse treatment setting (preferred)
- Excellent time management and multitasking skills, with a strong knowledge of HIPAA protocols
- Strong technical skills, including ability to use computerized documentation systems and software applications
