Salary Range: $100,000 – $120,000 per year | Full Benefits | W2

Position Summary:

The Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) will provide short-term, evidence-based psychotherapy to adults within a multidisciplinary health care team. This position contributes to improved patient outcomes by integrating behavioral health interventions into the primary care model.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct psychosocial assessments and establish treatment goals.
• Deliver brief therapy using CBT, behavioral activation, or related modalities.
• Participate in interdisciplinary care reviews and consultations.
• Identify risk factors and coordinate referrals for additional services.
• Ensure compliance with clinical documentation standards and organizational policies.

Requirements

• Master’s in Social Work, Marriage & Family Therapy, or Doctorate in Psychology.
• Current California license or registration (LCSW, Psychologist, ASW, or AMFT).
• Minimum one year of post-graduate clinical experience.
• Strong understanding of evidence-based practice and patient documentation standards.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Integrated care or community mental health experience.
• Spanish fluency preferred.
