We are currently looking for a dedicated Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) or Provisional Licensed Counselor (P-LPC) to join our team to provide quality care to our patients.

Job Description:

We are currently seeking a Licensed Mental Health Therapist to join our team. This position is open to licensed professional counselors (LPC) or P-LPC, who are passionate about delivering high-quality mental health services. The ideal candidate will have a strong clinical foundation, excellent interpersonal skills, and a desire to work with a diverse client population.

Responsibilities:

• Provide individual, group, and/or family therapy sessions
• Conduct initial assessments and develop treatment plans
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
• Participate in supervision and staff meetings
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure continuity of care
• Maintain confidentiality and ethical standards in accordance with licensing board and company policies

Qualifications:

• LPC license in Mississippi
• Master’s degree in Counseling or a related field
• At least 1 year of post-graduate clinical experience preferred
• Experience with EHR systems and telehealth platforms a plus
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Commitment to cultural competency and trauma-informed care
