Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC)

Position: Full-Time
Salary: $115,000 – $120,000 per year
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Location: Arizona

Role Summary

As a Licensed Professional Counselor, you will balance direct counseling with structured clinical guidance for a remote team. This role focuses on maintaining strong clinical standards, supporting counselor development, and ensuring clients receive consistent, effective care through virtual sessions.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct scheduled telehealth counseling sessions
• Provide clinical consultation and case guidance to counselors
• Review treatment plans and session notes for quality
• Ensure ethical and regulatory compliance across services
• Participate in care coordination and outcome reviews

Requirements

• Active Arizona Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) credential
• Master’s degree in Counseling or related field
• At least 3 years of clinical counseling experience
• Experience supporting or supervising clinicians preferred
• Reliable home workspace and comfort with digital platforms
