Licensed Professional Counselor

Location: Arkansas

Position: Full-Time
Salary: $115,000 – $120,000 per year
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM

About the Role

This position supports Arkansas clients through secure virtual care. As an LPC, you will focus on therapy delivery while also contributing to clinical consistency and documentation standards. The workday is predictable, and expectations are clearly defined.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Conduct individual therapy sessions via telehealth
• Maintain accurate clinical records and progress notes
• Monitor treatment effectiveness and adjust goals
• Support review of clinical documentation when needed
• Follow established care protocols and ethical standards
• Stay compliant with Arkansas counseling regulations

Requirements

• Active Arkansas LPC license
• Master’s degree in Counseling or a related field
• Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience post-licensure
• Telehealth experience preferred
• Strong organizational and communication skills
