Licensed Professional Counselor

Position: Full-Time
Salary: $115,000 – $120,000 per year
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Location: Michigan

Role Summary

This position is ideal for an LPC who prefers a consistent schedule and a clear clinical focus. You will work with adult clients through virtual sessions, addressing mood concerns, stress management, and life transitions. The role is structured, predictable, and centered on high-quality therapy delivery rather than administrative complexity.

Responsibilities

• Provide scheduled telehealth therapy sessions
• Complete clinical assessments and treatment planning
• Maintain timely and accurate session notes
• Track client progress and therapeutic outcomes
• Practice in alignment with Michigan regulations

Requirements

• Active Michigan LPC license
• Master’s degree in Counseling or related discipline
• Prior experience in mental health treatment settings
• Comfortable working independently in a remote role
• Strong organization and documentation habits
