Licensed Professional Counselor

Position: Full-Time
Salary: $115,000 – $120,000 per year
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Setting: 100% Telehealth

Role Summary

This role is focused on providing consistent, structured therapy to clients across Texas through secure virtual sessions. You’ll manage an ongoing caseload, build practical treatment plans, and support real progress over time. The work is steady, focused, and built for clinicians who prefer depth over volume.

Responsibilities

• Conduct scheduled telehealth therapy sessions
• Create, update, and follow treatment plans
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation
• Monitor client progress and adjust care as needed
• Follow Texas LPC and telehealth guidelines

Requirements

• Active Texas Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC)
• Master’s degree in Counseling or related field
• 3+ years of clinical experience
• Comfortable working in a remote setting
• Strong documentation and time management skills
