Licensed Professional Counselor

Position: Full-Time
Salary: $115,000 – $120,000 per year
Hours: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Location: West Virginia

What You’ll Do

In this role, you’ll work directly with clients through secure video sessions, helping them address emotional, behavioral, and life-stress concerns. Your focus stays on clinical care, not office admin or commuting. Sessions are scheduled, expectations are clear, and your time is respected.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide individual therapy via telehealth
• Complete intake assessments and treatment plans
• Track progress and adjust care when needed
• Maintain timely and accurate documentation
• Follow clinical and ethical guidelines

Requirements

• Active WV Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC)
• Master’s degree in Counseling or related field
• Experience with adult or adolescent clients
• Comfortable working independently in a remote setting
• Reliable internet and private workspace
