Licensed Professional Counselor

Position: Full-Time
Salary: $115,000 – $120,000 per year
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Work Setting: Telehealth

What This Position Looks Like

This role is built for counselors who prefer clarity in their workday. You’ll meet with clients through scheduled virtual sessions, focus on treatment goals, and manage a consistent caseload. There’s no travel, no rotating hours, and no expectation to be “on” outside your scheduled time.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one therapy through secure video sessions
• Complete intake assessments and clinical documentation
• Develop and follow structured treatment plans
• Review progress and adjust care approaches
• Maintain compliance with state and ethical standards

Requirements

• Active West Virginia LPC license
• Master’s degree in Counseling or a related field
• Experience in outpatient or telehealth settings
• Strong organization and follow-through
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment
