Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC)

Position: Full-Time
Salary: $115,000 – $120,000 per year
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Location: Texas

Role Summary

As an LPC in our virtual care model, you provide structured therapy to clients across Texas. Your daily work focuses on assessment, treatment planning, and consistent follow-through to help clients manage mental health challenges in a practical and goal-driven way.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual therapy through secure telehealth platforms
• Complete clinical assessments and ongoing treatment plans
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation
• Monitor client progress and adjust interventions as needed
• Coordinate care with internal clinical teams

Requirements

• Active Texas LPC license
• Master’s degree in Counseling or a related field
• Experience providing outpatient mental health therapy
• Comfortable working fully remote
• Strong communication and documentation skills
